Welcome Back, Woodward Boot Camp!


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.


#1: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete the following

ODD Minutes:

Slow Crawl 20 meters

EVEN Minutes:

Broad Jump 20 meters

***Rest until the 12th minute, then…***

#2: Complete the following as quickly as possible

3 Rounds:

10 Lunge Steps  (per leg)

10 Pushups

10 Squats

10 Situps

Record your time for #2 and high five anyone you worked out with today!
