Twas the night before Christmas…


Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 2-minutes of plank.

Workout: Short, sweet, and can be performed in your living room while watching football or The Christmas Story.

Complete as many rounds of the following sequence as possible in 15 minutes

5 Burpees                       

10 Squats

15 Sit-ups
