SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells

Complete 5 rounds of the following workout. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

5 Manmakers

20 Lateral Jumps  (Over the DB)

Record your total rounds.

AB-ril Challenge #19:

Perform 60 V-ups as quickly as possible. Do every rep with excellent form.
