Super Pi Day! – 3.14.15!!!

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Timing Device

Running Endurance Training 

4 rounds:

Sprint 400 meters, Rest 2 minute

Then,

8 Rounds:

Sprint 100 meters, Rest 30 seconds

Record your splits.
