Run…FASTER! 04/25/2015

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device

#1: Complete 2 rounds of

Run 6 minutes (cover as much ground as possible)

Rest 3 minutes

Immediately following the 3-minute recovery in round 2, start #2.

#2: Complete 5 rounds of the following

1 minute run

30 seconds rest

Record your distance for each interval.

2 minutes to perform as many Situps as possible.
