Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.


Team Workout!

In 15 minutes, complete as many rounds of the following as possible with a partner. Alternate rounds with your partner with one person working and the other “resting”. When you are not working, you should be “resting” in Plank position.

4 Pushups     

8 Jumping Squats

12 Split Jumps

Record your rounds and high five your partner!
