Monday Madness – “Leg Day”

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 30 “rounds” of the following leg complex

4 Squat

2 Jumping Squat

4 Lunge Steps  (2 each leg)

2 Jumping Lunge Steps

4 Lateral Jumps
