Kettlebell Ladder!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell, Jump Rope

Complete as 5 Rounds of the following Kettlebell Ladder. Rounds 1, 3 and 5, you will ladder the Press. Rounds 2 and 4, you will ladder the Squat.

1 Clean, 1 Press, 1 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

1 Clean, 2 Press, 1 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

1 Clean, 3 Press, 1 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

1 Clean, 4 Press, 1 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

1 Clean, 5 Press, 1 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

Active rest to recovery with Jump Rope skips between rounds.
