Hills, Hills and More Hills!

ATTENTION!

College Park Folks! We're going to meet down at the park today for some Endurance Work! Meet at 9:00AM at Barrett Park, but be prepared to migrate for some serious hill work! 

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

Complete 12 Rounds of the following

Odd Rounds:

30 seconds Hill Sprint

Rest 30 seconds

Even Rounds:

15 seconds Hill Sprint

Rest 90 seconds
