MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts (burpee w/out the pushup)

#1:   Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

8 Squat Thrusts  (If 8 is too easy, try 10, 12, 14 or 16)

#2:   Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

Sprint 100 yards, rest with the time remaining in the minute.

Post your reps and your average 100 yard sprint time.
