Choose Your Own Adventure – 03/25/2015

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None (A) or Kettlebell/Jump Rope (B).

Choose workout “A” or “B” and storm through as many rounds as you can!

Workout A:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes.

30 Jumping Jacks

25 Glute Bridges

20 meter Crab Walk

15 Squats

10 Dive Bomber Pushups

Sprint 200 yards

Workout B:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes.

30 Double Unders

25 Russian Kettlebell Swings

20 meter Crab Walk

15 Goblet Squats

10 Dive Bomber Pushups

Sprint 200 Yards

Record your rounds for A or B and the weight used for B.
