SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts (burpee w/out the pushup)

Complete the following (in order) as quickly as possible,

Run 0.5 Miles

45 Squats

5 Kettlebell Swings                                

Run 0.25 miles

35 Squats

15 Kettlebell Swings                            

Run 0.50 miles

15 Squats

35 Kettlebell Swings                            

Run 0.25 miles

5 Squats

45 Kettlebell Swings
