THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 15 Squats, 20 Sit-ups, and 30 seconds Hollow rocks.

Workout:

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 20 minutes:

6 Pullups  (substitute 12 Dumbbell Plank Rows, if you do not have access to a pullup bar)

9 Pushups

12 Dumbbell Push Press

54 Jump Rope Skips (27 Double Unders, if you got them!)
