WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete the following as quickly as possible

3 Rounds:

21 Jumping Squats

12 Pike Pushups

21 Split Jumps

12 Squat Thrusts
