Thanks to all that worked out with us this year! There is much more in store for 2014, so keep sweating and keep reading!

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

Test Yourself!

#1: Run 1-mile as fast as possible!

***Rest 4 minutes***

#2: 100 Russian Kettlebell Swings as quickly as possible. Use the heaviest weight you can!

***Rest 3 minutes***

#3: Complete as many Burpees as possible in 2 minutes.

DONE!
