FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching followed by10 squats, 10 Pushups and 10 Supermans.

25 Sit-ups

25 Good Mornings

2 minute plank hold
