12/29/2013 – Move!

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Learn to Move!

Complete the following

3 x Bear Crawl 50 feet

3 x Broad Jumps 50 feet (land as softly as possible.)

15 reps Dive Bomber Pushups

3 x Skipping 50 YARDS (go for height and distance)

When you are done, spend at least 7 minutes on a date with your foam roller. Try some of the techniques in the Foam Roller Tutorial.

This is not timed. Focus on form and getting acquainted with your body’s ability to move.
