Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching followed by 2 Rounds of 10 squats, 10 Pushups, and 20 yard bear crawl.

Workout  “Pushy Swinger”

Every minute on the minute, perform 7 Pushups.   In the remaining time each minute, perform as many Kettlebell Swings  as possible. Continue until you complete 100 kettle bell swings. Make sure you go heavy on the swings!

    thanks for the tips on kettlebell weights. Got done this workout half way thru round 6. Good stuff!

    Wednesday’s Workout on Thursday

    8 minutes 30 seconds but I took a minute break because my son just had to have my assistance and it couldn't wait.
