12/26/2015: Sprint! Post Holiday Running Intervals

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Time to run off all those cookies! Get out there and get going!

Complete 10 Rounds:

Sprint 200 Yards, Recover 90 seconds.
