FRIDAY WORKOUT (if you must…)

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 4 rounds of the following

50 seconds WORK, 10 seconds REST per exercise. Complete each exercise once before moving on to the next.

Side Lunges  (alternate sides each rep)

Plank Jacks

Jumping Squats

Shuttle Run  (10, 20, 30 yards)

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY!

Complete 10-8-6-4-2 reps of the following

V-ups

Glute Bridges

Windshield Wipers (Floor)

Eat well, rest and enjoy your family and friends!
