TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

REST TODAY and enjoy your family, friends, and food…BUT, if you must workout:

Using your heaviest present, perform 100 Thrusters (front squat to push press) for time. No presents? Find something heavy and Thruster it!
