FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 2-minutes of plank.

Workout:

Complete 5 Rounds as of the following as quickly as possible

15 Kettlebell Swings                       

15 Sit-ups

15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Run 250 yards

    Workout completed.  I had to substitute jump rope for the run.  Is it too early for some bubbly?
