Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope, Dumbbells

Complete 5 rounds of the following

40 Double Unders (attempts/misses count…no singles today!)

10 Hot Potato Squats

10 Dumbbell Push Press

10 Squat Thrust Deadlifts

***Rest 1 minute between rounds***

Record your total time, but do notinclude the 1 minute rest after round 5.
