THURSDAY WORKOUT

 

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

1 minute Grasshoppers

1 minute V-ups (first 30 seconds) / Russian Twists (last 30 seconds)

1 minute Kettlebell Snatch or One Arm Kettlebell Swings (switch arms after 30 seconds)

1 minute Tuck Jumps  (first 30 seconds) / Broad Jumps  (last 30 seconds)

1 minute REST

Post your reps for each exercise and the total reps for all 4 rounds to comments.
