Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 20 Situps.


Run for 20 Minutes, stopping every 4 minutes to perform 1 minute of MAX rep PUSHUPS. Your score is your distance covered (in miles) multiplied by the total number of pushups (all 4 rounds added together) you performed.

Post your score and other comments about the workout. Were you able to run hard for 4 minutes and then still have some “go” left so you could attack the pushups?
