12/19/2015: Run! 5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5 minute Intervals with Rest

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing device and/or GPS watch.

5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5!

Run 5 minutes, Rest 2.5 minutes

Run 4 minutes, Rest 2 minutes

Run 3 minutes, Rest 1.5 minutes

Run 2 minutes, Rest 1 minute

Run 1 minute, Rest 30 seconds

Run 2 minutes, Rest 1 minute

Run 3 minutes, Rest 1.5 minutes

Run 4 minutes, Rest 2 minutes

Run 5 minutes, Rest 2.5 minutes
