Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

“Tabata Time!”

Complete 8 rounds of the following exercises. A round consists of a 20 second work interval followed by 10 seconds of rest. All rounds of each exercise must be completed before advancing to the next exercise. Keep track of your total reps for each exercise and then add all reps to determine your score for this workout.

Burpee to Sumo Deadlift High Pulls  (do not include the pushup when performing the burpee)
