THURSDAY WORKOUT
Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes the following as quickly as possible
Sprint 100 Yards
5 Pike Pushups or 5 Pushups
5 Split Jumps (per leg)
5 Side Plank with Leg Lift (per leg)
5 Mountain Hoppers (per leg)
