FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 20 Mountain Climbers, and 5 Burpees.

Workout: “Core Blaster”

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

50 Jump Rope Skips

20 Sit-ups

1 Minute Plank Hold

20 Kettlebell Swings           

1 Minute Plank Hold

20 Good Mornings
