12/13/2014 – Bedford Dasher 5K Day!

 

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

Run a 5 K at race pace.

Need a race to get you in the spirit, come out to the Bedford School and participate in the Bedford Dasher 5 K. The race begins at 8:45 AM.
