THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete the following set of 3 short workouts.

Task #1:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

20 Lateral Jumps (over KB)

10 Kettlebell Situps  (5/arm – alternate arms if you’d like)

***Rest 2 minutes***

Task #2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

5 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (Right Arm)

5 1-Arm Kettlebell Thrusters (Right Arm)

5 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (Left Arm)

5 1-Arm Kettlebell Thrusters (Left Arm)

***Rest 2 minutes***

Task #3:Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

Sprint 10 Yards (out and back 5 yards)

3 Burpees

Sprint 20 Yards (out and back 10 yards)

2 Burpees

Sprint 30 yards (out and back 15 yards)

1 Burpee
