MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Broad Jumps, 20 Yard Bear Crawl and accumulate 2 minutes of plank.

Workout: “Something different…”

In 20 Minutes, perform the following:

At the top of each ODD minute (ex. Minute 1, 3, 5, 7, etc), perform 5 Burpees, followed by as many Dumbbell Thrustersas possible before the minute elapses. At the top of each EVEN minute (ex. 2, 4, 6, 8, etc), perform 5 Burpees, followed by as many Pullups as possible before the minute elapses. Your goal is to complete 100 reps of each exercise (thrusters, pull-ups, and Burpees).

Post reps completed for each exercise.
