12/10/2015: Side Lunges, Star Jumps, and Jump Rope!

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope

5 Rounds, each rounds is 3 minutes.

In 3 minutes, complete as many rounds of the following as possible.

10 Side Lunges (5/side)

10 Star Jumps

25 Double Unders  or Jump Rope Skips

***Rest 1 minute between each 3-minute round***

Record your rounds.
