Congrats to all those who participated in the Bedford Dasher on Saturday. It was a great time and fun to see you there! Stay tuned to tomorrow’s posting to see pictures of our hotshots who took home some hardware at the race!

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed lateral hops (each foot).

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

3 Manmakers

30 Mountain Hoppers  (each leg is ½ rep)

Run 0.2 miles
