THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 squats, 30 jumping jacks and accumulate 2 minutes of plank.

Workout #1:Complete as many rounds as possible in seven minutes

1 Manmaker

3 Pushups

5 Jumping Squats

50 Yard Sprint

Then…Rest 1 minute…then

Workout #2:Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

9 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

6 Dumbbell Front Squats

40 Yard Sprint

Then…Rest 1 Minute…then

Workout #3:Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes:

10 Dumbbell Push Press

20 Jump Rope Skips (10 Double Unders)

30 Yard Sprint
