Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 5 Rounds of the following

60 Jump Rope Skips   or 20 Double Unders

15 Kettlebell Swings

15 Goblet Squats (w/Kettlebell)

15 Kettlebell Figure 8

15 Mountain Climbers (each leg is ½ rep, so you should do 30 reps)

Rest 90 seconds
