12/05/2015: Two Running Workouts

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing device.

#1: Run fast and cover as much ground as possible in 10 minutes.

Recover for 3 minutes. Walk, stand, relax…breathe.

Then…do #2.

#2: Complete 6 Rounds

Sprint 15 seconds, Rest 45 seconds

Record your distance covered for #1 and your average distance for each interval in #2.
