MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 15 squats and 20 situps.

Workout:  

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

18 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

12 Box Jumps/Step-ups (use at least 16” high box/bench/wall and do 12 step-ups/leg)

6 Burpees
