12/04/2015: Kettlebell Swings, Running, Friday Abs!

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell 

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

In 4 minutes, complete

50 Russian Kettlebell Swings

Run 0.2 miles

In the time remaining in the 4-minute round, rest and recover.

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes

20 Pushup-to-Plank

20 Situps
