MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following:

40 seconds Total Body Extensions, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Speed Skaters, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Pushups or Tall Plank to Downward Dog, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Mountain Climbers, 20 seconds REST

Record any modifications you made to today's workout.
