TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 pushups, 10 squats and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Workout: Complete the following

Buy-In: 2 minute Plank Hold

then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes

100 yard sprint (50 yards out and back)

15 Sit-ups

12 Kettlebell Swings

then…

Cash-Out: 2 minute Plank Hold
