11/28/2014 – Why shop when you can sweat?

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 10 minutes

50 Jump Rope Skips

25’ Bear Crawl

15 Squats

5 Squat Thrusts

Rest 2 minutes, then…

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

Sprint 100 yards

9 V-ups

9 Plank Jacks
