WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells.

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 20 minutes

Run 0.4 miles

10 Dumbbell Thrusters

15 Pushups

20 Lunge Steps (10 per leg – weighted if you dare!)

Record your rounds.

Barbell Rollouts…such fun! If you haven't done these in awhile, go ahead and give them a try. Your abs will thank you.
