11/25/2015: Jumping Squats, Pushups, and Lungesteps!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells or None.

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 16 minutes

Sprint 200 meters

15 Dumbbell Thrusters OR 10 Jumping Squats

15 Pushups OR 10 Tall Plank to Downward Dog

15 Lunge Steps (15 per leg – weighted if you dare!)

Record your rounds.
