Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 pushups, 10 squats, 30 Jumping Jacks, and 2 minutes of plank hold.
Workout: Complete 3 Rounds of the following sequence. Keep track of your reps and total them at the end of each round. Add the score from each round together to get your OVERALL score.
1 minute MAX rep Box Jumps or Step-ups (16-20” box, ledge, or bench)
1 minute MAX rep Dumbbell Push Press
1 minute MAX rep Sit-ups
1 minute MAX rep Burpees
1 minute REST
