11/23/2011 – Turkey Day Eve!

Last day to blow it out before spending the day in Turkey Heaven!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches  followed by 2 rounds of 5 pushups, 10 air squats, 15 Situps.

Workout:

Complete the following as quickly as possible, BUT…here’s the catch: You will work tabata style (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest). You must complete all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next in each “round”.

30 Dumbbell Thrusters

30 Burpees

20 Dumbbell Thrusters

20 Burpees

10 Dumbbell Thrusters

10 Burpees
