11/22/2015: Kettlebell Complex Workout

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete 4 Rounds:

In each round, you will complete a ladder from 1 to 3 reps of the following complex

1 Clean, 1 Press, 1 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

2 Clean, 2 Press, 2 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

3 Clean, 3 Press, 3 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

Rest 2 minutes

Record your time and weight used.
