11/22/2014 – Hills!

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Timing Device

Hill Day!

Complete 15 Rounds of the following using a medium length, gradually sloped hill.

Sprint 20 seconds

60 seconds to recover back to the bottom

Record your distance covered per interval.
