Happy Thanksgiving! 

Today is a great day to rest, spend time with family, and enjoy a variety of foods you might not normally eat. However, if you need your workout fix, here you go!

 

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

5 Kettlebell Swings

45 Situps

Sprint 200 meters

10 Kettlebell Swings

40 Situps

Sprint 300 meters

15 Kettlebell Swings

35 Situps

Sprint 400 meters

20 Kettlebell Swings

30 Situps

Sprint 500 meters

25 Kettlebell Swings

25 Situps
