FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Jump Rope, Dumbbells

Complete 5 Rounds of the following

1 minute Jump Rope Skips

Then…Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes

4 Squat Thrust Deadlifts

4 Dumbbell Push Press

Rest 1 minute between each of the 5 rounds.

Record your total rounds.

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY!

3 minute Abs!

3 rounds:

30 seconds Flutter Kicks

30 seconds Plank Jacks
